What we do?

We offer a variaety of social and networking events throughout the year.Although we are predominately a networking group, many of our social events are open to non-members including friends and family both male and feml. 

Who can join?

All female Qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, Barristers, Trainee Solicitors, Pupil Barristers or those who have completed their LPC, ILEX, BTC and work int he work inlcuding Paralegals, Legal Assistants etc. can become a member. If you are unsure whether you qualify to join please contact our membership coordinator Hannah Scott.

How to join?

Our History

The National Association of Women Solicitors (AWS) voted to join the new Women Lawyers Division of the Law Society in a move intended to ensure that female lawyers benefit from more unified and influential representation in making decisions that shape the future of the legal profession. Our regional group, Merseyside, Chester and Wales AWS from April 2014 became Merseyside Women Lawyers .
